How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for pet products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original packaging and unused condition. For hygiene reasons, certain items like beds and toys cannot be returned if they show signs of use.
Are the materials used in your toys safe for pets?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All Cutie Pet-tudies toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and undergo rigorous quality testing before reaching our shelves.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our paw-print to more countries in the near future.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has moved to the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make modifications.
